44Global Function• The PRL (preferred roaming list) is the area information of overseas carriers offering international roaming service in partnership with KDDI (au).• To obtain (download) the PRL, you need to subscribe to EZweb and make initial settings (see page 32 ) while in Japan.Calling Japan from OverseasWhen the standby screen is displayed, use 0 to 9 to enter a phone number. ➡Press c (Call). ➡Use j to select Voice Call and then press c (OK). ➡Use j to select Call to Japan and then press c (OK). ➡Press c (Call).• You can use the product in either GSM or CDMA network depending on what country or region you visit.
