Driving procedures2When drivingCT200h_U (OM76040U)■Reverse warning buzzerWhen shifting into R, a buzzer will sound to inform the driver that the shift position isin R.■About engine braking When shift position B is selected, releasing the accelerator pedal will apply enginebraking.* When the vehicle is driven at high sp eeds, compared to ordinary gasoline-fueled vehicles, the engine braking deceleration is felt less than that of othervehicles.* The vehicle can be accelerated even when shift position B is selected.If the vehicle is driven continuously in the B position, fuel efficiency will become low.Usually, select the D position.■Automatically P position selection functionWhen the "POWER" switch is in ON mode while the shift position is in a positionother than P and the vehicle is stopped completely, pressing the "POWER" switchwill cause the automatically P position sele ction function to operate together withthe "POWER" switch being turned to off.■If the shift position cannot be shifted from PThere is a possibility that the 12-volt batt ery is discharged. Check the 12-volt batteryin this situation.
