The defogger is notdesigned to dry rain water or to melt snow.If the outside rear view mirrors are heavilycoated with ice, use a spray de −icer beforeoperating the system.NOTICE When cleaning the inside of therear window, be careful not toscratch or damage the heaterwires or connectors. To prevent the12−volt battery frombeing discharged, turn the switchoff when the hybrid system is off.(h) Micro dust and pollen filterSelect the micro dust and pollen filterbutton.Outside air mode switches to recirculatedair mode. Pollen is removed from the airflows to the upper part of the body.Usually the system will turn off automati-cally after approximately 3 minutes.To stop the operation, select the micro dustand pollen filter button again.INFORMATIONIn order to prevent the windowfrom fogging up when the outsideair is cold, the following may occur:Outside air mode does notswitch to recirculated air mode.The air conditioning system op-erates automatically.The operation cancels after 1minute.In rainy weather, the windows mayfog up. Push the windshield airflow button.
