FCC RF Exposure InformationThis model phone meets the U.S. government’s requirements forexposure to radio waves.Your wireless phone contains a radio transmitter and receiver. Yourphone is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limitsfor exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the FederalCommunications Commission of the U.S. Government. These limits arepart of comprehensive guidelines and establish permitted levels of RFenergy for the general population. The guidelines are based onstandards that were developed by independent scientific organizationsthrough periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones employs a unit ofmeasurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). The SARlimit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg.* Tests for SAR are conducted usingstandard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the phonetransmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequencybands. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified powerlevel, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can be wellbelow the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed tooperate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power requiredto reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless basestation antenna, the lower the output. Before a phone model is available for sale to the public, it must betested and certified to the FCC that it does not exceed the limitestablished by the U.S. government-adopted requirement for safeexposure. The tests are performed in various positions and locations(for example, at the ear and worn on the body) as required by FCC foreach model. The highest SAR value for this model phone as reportedto the FCC when tested for use at the ear is 0.552 W/kg, and whenworn on the body in a holster or carry case, is 1.030 W/kg. (Body-wornmeasurements differ among phone models, depending upon availableaccessories and FCC requirements). While there may be differencesbetween the SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, theyall meet the U.S. government requirement. The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this model phonewith all reported SAR levels evaluated as in compliance with the FCCRF exposure guidelines. SAR information on this model phone is on filewith the FCC and can be found under the Display Grant section athttp://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid/ after search on FCC IDUCE211046A.その他79
