Follow the instructions in Before You Begin.2. Turn the computer upside down and loosen the three captive screws along with the M2.5 x 5-mm screw. Remove the module cover.1M2.5 x 5-mm screw2captive screws (3)3module cover 3. Loosen the five captive screws from the thermal-cooling assembly.1fan connector2thermal-cooling assembly3captive screws (5) 4. Remove the fan connector from the system board.NOTE: The fan is a part of the thermal-cooling assembly.
