T hese limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment gene rates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed an d used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interferenc e to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation; if this equipment does cause harmful i nterference to radio or television reception, wh ich can be determined by turni ng the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:1. Reorient/relocate the receiving antenna.2. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.3. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different f rom that to which the receiver is connected.4. Consult the dealer or an exper ienced radio/TV technician for help.FCC RF Exposure InformationYour handset is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. The guidelines are based on st andards that were developed by independent scientific organisations through periodic and thoro ugh evaluation of scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. The exposure standard for wireless handsets employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg.The tests are performed in positions and locations (e.g., at th e ear and worn on the body) as required by the FCC for each model. The hi ghest SAR value for this model handset when tested for use at the ear is 0.509 W/kg and when worn on the body, as described in this user guide , is 0.753 W/kg.Body-worn Operation; This device was tested for typical body-wo rn operations with the back of the h andset kept 1.5 cm from the bo dy. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use acce ssories that maintain a 1.5 cm separatio n distance between the user's b ody and the back of the handset. The use of beltclips, holsters and sim ilar accessories should not contain m etallic components in its assem bly.The use of accessories that do n ot satisfy these requirements m ay not comply with FCC RF exposure requir ements, and should be avoided . The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this model h andset with all reported SAR levels eva luated as in compliance with th e FCC RF emission guidelines. SAR information on this model handset is o n file with the FCC and can be found under t he Display Grant section of htt p://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid/ after searching on FCC ID APYHRO00095 .Additional information on Specif ic Absorption Rates (SAR) can b e found on the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA ) Website at http://www.ctia.org/.FCC Notice? This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.Operation is subject to th e following two conditions:(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) thi s device must accept any interference received, including interference t hat may cause undesired operation.?Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufact urer responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to o perate the equipment.j22_dv65_7j.fm 515 ページ 2009年8月7日 金曜日 午後3時45分
