工事ではなく取付作業ですし量販店の場合は言い方が悪いですが整備士ではなく作業員。
iPod nanoのアップデートやナビのアップデートの絡みでエラーが出る可能性もあれば、iPod側のハードの不具合と言う可能性もあります。
