質問者が納得どこのグラフィックボードを使っているのか知らないので詳細に説明する事はできませんが、ドライバのプロパティでHD関係のサイズの調整をすれば画面いっぱいになると思います。

型番によっては不具合があります。
不具合のある型番ではありません。
とりあえずメモリクロックを少し下げてみましょう。
Catalystとドライバのアップデートで直る可能性もあります。

質問者が納得そのE2420HDを購入しました。やっぱり24インチだけど価格が安いのがいいですね。
PS3で使用しますが、もともとBRABIA26インチでプレイしていた身としては多少なりとも違和感みたいなものを感じます。色の具合など調整すればそのうち慣れると思います。ただテレビの時と比べるとちょっと滲むかなぁ、と言った感じです。
肝心のスピーカーですが、これは本当に覚悟したほうがいいほど悪いですｗ
基本的に音が出りゃいい、という考えでしたが、RPGなどでは音量が低いと何言ってんのか分からないくらいにくぐもった音が出ます...

質問者が納得560Tiなら軒並みゲームは快適にプレイできるね。挙げたタイトルならほぼ問題なし。
用途についても全く問題はない。動画サイトについては自宅のネット回線の速度も影響するけど、PCが原因で遅いってことはなくなる。
箱とPS3の利用についてはHDMIを使えばいずれにせよ繋げる。
＞＞補足
ある程度の品質を確保しつつ最もコスパが高いのがドスパラ。よってそのままで問題ないと思う。
強いて言うなら、まんぞくコースは入らなくてもいいかも。そんなに気になるような差は生まれないはず。
