質問者が納得デバイスドライバなどは、ちゃんとVista用にアップデートしたのでしょうか？
アプリケーションソフトも、Vista対応のためアップデートが必要なこともあります。
青画面の時に英語で何か出ているはずですが、それが解決のカギになるでしょう。
面倒だったら、Vistaのクリーンインストールしちゃったほうが良いと思います。
