質問者が納得Geforce 9600GT がDVIコネクタしか装備していない場合、変換コネクタが付属していると思いますが・・・
最近は変わったのかな？

質問者が納得DVIだとアスペクト比が固定されてD-subだと横に広がってしまうということですか
モニター側の設定でD-sub入力での画面表示がアスペクト比固定ではなくフルスクリーンになっていると思います。モニターをD-sub入力表示にしてからモニターについてる設定ボタン押していじってみてください。モニターの最大表示で映しているときはもしかしたらアスペクト比固定がメニューから消えるかもしれません。

質問者が納得絶縁体の上でテストしてますか？
導電体の上ですると、ショートするので駄目ですよ
それでも駄目なら、違うビデオカードを付けて検証して下さい
それで、起動しないなら、ショートしてマザーが死んでます

質問者が納得青い方は一般にアナログRGBと呼ばれるものです。
白い方はデジタル接続でDVI-Dなどと呼ばれています。
DVIには解像度によってシングルリンク、デュアルリンクがあります。
コレでもうお分かりになると思いますが、アナログよりデジタルの方が
劣化が少なく普通は綺麗に写ります。
ビデオカード、モニタの両方がDVI対応でしたらDVIで接続したほうが
宜しいかと思いますが・・・・
この辺は個人の感性もありますので一概には判断できません。
繋ぎ変えて見やすい方を使えば良いと思います。

質問者が納得さっきベストアンサーをもらった？アレカホームです。
変換機を使っても無理です。もともとＰＣについてるアナログＲＧＢは映像だけなので音声はどうしても無理です。
方法としてはパソコンのライン端子にスピーカーをつけるかスピーカー付きのモニタを買うだけです。
ちなみにスピーカー付きのモニタでもＰＣからラインとってモニタの後ろにあるライン入力にさす必要があります。
無理ですねＧ２４１１ＨＤもスピーカーはないです。
大本がD-sudである以上どうしようもないです。
お勧めはエイサーのH223HQbmidです。もちろん...
