質問者が納得ＡＧＰですね。そうなるとＨＤＣＰ対応品は難しいかもしれません。
価格コムでＡＧＰスロット品の中から、ＨＤＭＩ端子付きのモノを探してみて下さい。ＨＤＭＩ端子が無くてもチップ的に対応しているものもあるとは思いますが、、、たぶんRADEONのＨＤシリーズならいけそうに思います。
なおGeforceでは該当品皆無ですので、RADEONから探してみて下さい。

オーディオケーブルはモニタに付属しています。

DVI-Dとオーディオケーブルで2重に接続する感じになります。

質問者が納得DVI-Dの出力端子が二個ついているものか、
DVI-DとHDMIが一個ずつ以上ついているものなど、
最近主流のタイプであれば１００％いけます。
GTX480を積んだどのグラフィックボードかということで、
出力端子が変わってきます。
グラフィックボードの出力端子が２個以上あるなら、
ほぼ大丈夫ですよ。

ええ。だからグラフィックボードにもよると書いてますよね。

従って640ｘ480が基本表示となるため、
ワイド画面では左右に未表示領域ができます。
フィット・ズームなどの機能のあるモニタでは全画面で出せる場合もありますが、
これらはモニタ側の機能依存です。
