7Ultimatex64ですがマウスが違うので検証できません。あしからず。
補足：
ダウンロードしたファイルを適当なところに解凍してSetup.exeをダブルクリックするとインストールされるはずですが。
rarファイルが開けないのなら適当な解凍ソフト（winrar、7zip等）もインストールしてください。
