どうやらHDDのブートセクタが破損しているようですね。
恐らくブートセクタを修復でもしてやれば起動するようになろうかと思われます。

質問者が納得PCを起動させるにはHDDにOSがインストールされている必要があります。
ASPIRE５７４１はリカバリディスクが付属していませんから自分で作成
する必要が、あります。
作成手順
