携帯会社がかかれていませんが、おそらくドコモでしょうか？
自分はドコモですので、見てみたところ
① メールのクリップのマークにある添付ファイル名をタップして保存（sd）を押せば保存できます。使うときは、デコメからsdカードから選択で出せます。ちなみにspメールアプリは更新すると、新しいデコメが増えていたりしますよ。
②機種にもよりますが、特定の人を現状で通話とメールを別々にするのは無理だと思います。gメールならできるかと思いますがspは無理でしょう。
③通常のガラケーと比べて電池消耗が早い...

設定 を選択
端末 の項目の中の、ディスプレイ を選択
その中に、スリープ があり、そこで時間を設定
１５秒、３０秒～ とあり、
最短時間の１５秒の場合、７・８秒で暗くなり、１５秒で完全に消灯する
設定時間は、完全に消灯（スリープ状態になる）する時間なので、
３０秒か、１分位にしないと、すぐ画面が暗くなる印象

ような状態になることは十分に考えられます。
