58Care and cleaning of the monitor*Clean the cabinet and protection panel by gently wiping it with a soft cloth. To remove stubborn soiling, use a cloth dampened in a weak neutral detergent solution and thoroughly wrung out. Then wipe with a dry cloth. Any moisture entering the monitor could damage it. *Do not use benzene, thinner and similar solvents for cleaning. They could discolor the surface and cause the paint to peel. *Do not directly expose the monitor to spray cleaning. Any moisture entering the monitor could damage it.Care and storage of 3D Polarized Eyewear*Use a soft dry cloth intended for use on eye-glasses when cleaning this product. Remove lint from the cloth before use as it may damage the product. Do not use benzene, thinner or similar solvents for cleaning as they could discolor the surface and cause the paint to peel.*Do not apply water or other liquids to the 3D Polarized Eyewear when cleaning.*Avoid storing 3D Polarized Eyewear in places with a high temperature or high humidity.*Contact your dealer if additional 3D Polarized Eyewear is required.Error DisplayWhen an error has occurred for some reason, the tally lamp notifies the error.Before calling for supportWhen a fault is suspected (Troubleshooting)If unresolved issues remain after referring to the points below, please consult the store from which the product was purchased.Error display Symptom RemedyInverter errorThe tally lamp flashes red at 1-second intervals.If a malfunction occurs in the inverter that controls backlight brightness, the backlight goes off and the screen turns black.Turn off the power and then turn it back on. If the problem still persists, consult your dealer. Symptom RemedyImage is not 3D * Is the monitor switched to 3D image mode?Even in 3D mode, there is a non-stereoscopic mode.* Persons with a large difference in visual acuity between their left and right eyes may have difficulty seeing 3D images, or may not be able to see them at all.
