(The driver shouldalways carry the electronic key.)■Operation signalsA buzzer sounds and the emergency flashe rs flash to indicate that the doors havebeen locked/unlocked. (Locked: once; Unlocked: twice)■Security featureIf a door is not opened within approx imately 60 seconds after the vehicle isunlocked, the security feature automatically locks the vehicle again. ■Welcome light illumination controlThe side marker, parking, tail and license plate lights automatically turn on at nightwhen the doors are unlocked using the entr y function or wireless remote control ifthe light switch is in the "AUTO" position.Function summaryLocks and unlocks the doors (→P. 102)Opens the trunk (→P. 102)Starts the engine (→P. 171)123
