Essential informationGS_G_U (OM30C11U)June 30, 2011 8:14 amFuel pump shut off systemFollow the procedure below to restart the engine after the system is acti-vated.Turn the "ENGINE START STOP" switch to the ACCESSORYmode or OFF.Restart the engine.NOTICE■Before starting the engineInspect the ground under the vehicle.If you find that fuel has leaked on to the ground, the fuel system has been damagedand is in need of repair. Do not restart the engine.To minimize the risk of fuel leakage when the engine stalls or an airbaginflates upon collision, the fuel pump shut off system stops supplying fuel tothe engine.STEP 1STEP 2
