Safety informationGS_G_U (OM30C11U)June 30, 2011 8:14 am■When to contact your Lexus dealerIn the following cases, contact your Lexus dealer as soon as possible.●Any of the SRS airbags have been inflated.●The front of the vehicle is damaged ordeformed, or was involved in an accidentthat was not severe enough to cause theSRS airbags to inflate.●A portion of the doors is damaged ordeformed, or the vehicle was involved in anaccident that was not severe enough tocause the SRS side airbags and curtainshield airbags to inflate.●The pad section of the steering wheel, frontpassenger airbag cover or lower portion ofthe instrument panel is scratched, cracked,or otherwise damaged.●The surface of the seats with the side air-bag is scratched, cracked, or otherwisedamaged.●The portion of the front pillars, rear pillarsor roof side rail garnishes (padding) con-taining the curtain shield airbags inside isscratched, cracked, or otherwise dam-aged.
