Replacing components102Power failure Following a temporary power failure, e.g. in the case of a dead battery, some equipment is sub-ject to restricted use and must be reinitialized. Individual settings are also lost and must be updated again:>Panorama glass sunroofThe sunroof can only be raised and must be initialized, refer to page 21.>Power windowsThe anti-trapping mechanism must be rein-itialized, refer to page 20.>Seat and mirror memoryThe positions must be stored again, refer to page26.>TimeMust be set again, refer to page 43.FusesNever attempt to repair a blown fuse, and do not replace a defective fuse with a sub-stitute of another color or amperage rating, as this could lead to a circuit overload, ultimately resulting in a fire in the vehicle. <Open the glove compartment and turn the two quick-release fasteners to the left, refer to arrows.Spare fuses, plastic tweezers, and information about fuse allocation are stored with the fuses.
