質問者が納得第6世代のiPod nanoであれば、ファームウェアをバージョンアップすれば使えるはずです。（iPod nanoをiTunesに接続し、ファームウェアの更新を確認する）補足iTunesはおかしくなりません。iPod nanoに入っている曲は、すべてiTunesで管理されているはずです。iPod nanoの曲が消えたとしても同期で戻るので、特に問題はありません。
