質問者が納得１） Core i7 870 LGA1156なので
GIGABYTE GA-H67A-UD3H-B3 Rev.1.1 LGA1155とは合いませんよ
他の方も言っていますがＯＳとＣＰＵのセットはお勧めできません。
３）アンテナ線がないと映りません
５）パーツを買うときは、相性保証など入った方がいいですね。
補足について
いけなくは無いですが、
ＤＳＰ版のＯＳは一緒に買ったパーツと使うことが前提ですので、
後でＣＰＵを変えたいと思ったらＯＳも変えなくてはいけません。

質問者が納得おそらくＰＣ側のグラフィックチップドライバーが正規ののもじゃなく汎用のドライバーを認識してしまってます。
デスクトップでプロパティ→設定タブ→詳細→ドライバー→ドライバー更新にて正規のドライバーを認識させれば復帰できると思います。
