The mechanical key is stored inside theelectronic key.UnlocksLocksnStarting the engineDepress the brake pedal (for automatic trans-mission) or clutch pedal (for manual transmis-sion).Hold the electronic key close to the engineswitch (within 0.4 in. [10 mm]), making sure thatthe button side of the key is facing toward you.
