Lenovo Limited Warranty115your Service Provider will arrange fo r service under the type of warrantyservice designated for the prod uct under the section titled " WarrantyInformation."If your Service Provider determines that it is unable to repair your product,your Service Provider will replace it wi th one that is at least functionallyequivalent.If your Service Provider determines th at it is unable to either repair orreplace your product, your sole remedy is to return the product to yourplace of purchase or to Lenovo fo r a refund of your purchase price.̈Replacement of a product or partWhen the warranty service involves th e replacement of a product or part,the replaced product or part be comes Lenovo's property and thereplacement product or part become s your property. Only unalteredLenovo products and parts are eligible for replacement. The replacementproduct or part provided by Lenovo ma y not be new, but it will be in goodworking order and at least functionally equivalent to the original productor part. The replacement product or part shall be warranted for the balanceof the period remaining on the original product.Before your Service Provider replaces a product or part, you agree to:1.remove all features, parts, options, alterations, and attachments notunder warranty service;2.ensure that the product or part is free of any legal obligations orrestrictions that prevent its replacement; and3.obtain authorization from the owner to have your Service Providerservice a product or part if you do not own it.
