Adjustable components (s eats, mirrors, steering wheel)GS_G_U (OM30C11U)June 30, 2011 8:14 am■Active head restraints■When the active head restraint has been operatedIf the active head restraint has been operated, you will not be able to return it to itsoriginal position.After operation, contact your Lexus dealer.CAUTION■Reclining adjustmentDo not recline the seat more than necessary when the vehicle is in motion, toreduce the risk of sliding under the lap belt.If the seat is too reclined, during an accident the lap belt may slide past the hips andapply restraint forces directly to the abdomen or your neck may contact the shoul-der belt, increasing the risk of death or serious injury.Adjustments should not be made while driving as the seat may unexpectedly moveand cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle.Even small forces applied to the seatbackmay cause the head restraint to move.Duringrear-endcollision
