The amount of deviation varies according to thegeographic position of the vehicle.If you cross over a map boundary shown in illustration, the compass will devi-ate.To obtain higher precision or perfec t calibration, refer to the following.nDeviation calibrationStop the vehicle.Press the switch until a number (1to 15) appears on the compass dis-play.Press the switch, and referring to the map above, select the num-ber of the zone where you are.If the direction is displayed severa l seconds after adjustment, the cali-bration is complete.STEP 1STEP 2STEP 3
