Safety informationCT200h_U (OM76040U)■When to contact your Lexus dealerIn the following cases, contact your Lexus dealer as soon as possible.●Any of the SRS airbags has been inflated.●The front of the vehicle is damaged ordeformed, or was involved in an accidentthat was not severe enough to cause theSRS airbags to inflate.●A portion of a door is damaged ordeformed, or the vehicle was involved in anaccident that was not severe enough tocause the SRS side and curtain shield air-bags to inflate.●The pad section of the steering wheel,dashboard near the front passenger airbagor lower portion of the instrument panel isscratched, cracked, or otherwise dam-aged.●The surface of the seats with the side air-bag is scratched, cracked, or otherwisedamaged.●The portion of the front pillars, rear pillarsor roof side rail garnishes (padding) con-taining the curtain shield airbags inside isscratched, cracked, or otherwise dam-aged.
