06 Infotainment systemRSE - Rear Seat Entertainment system* 06286* Option/accessory, for more information, see Introduction.Battery replacement in wirelessheadphonesThe headphones are powered by two batteriesof the AAA model.Take along extra batteries for a long journey.Wireless headphones.1. Unscrew the screw and detach the batterycover.2. Remove the used batteries, turn the newbatteries in accordance with the symbolsin the battery compartment and insertthem.3. Fit the cover and screw in the screw.Environmental careBe sure to dispose of the exhausted batteriesin an environmentally safe manner.Headphones socketIt is possible to connect external headphonesvia the headphones socket (3.5 mm) on theside of the head restraints, see the illustrationon page 284. The volume is controlled usingthe remote control.A/V-AUX input, Electrical socket 12 VThe input allows you to connect other equip-ment. Always follow the instructions includedwith the external equipment, or from the man-ufacturer or reseller, when connecting. Equip-ment connected via the A/V-AUX input can usethe TV screens, wireless headphones, head-phones sockets and the car's speakers.NOTEThe customer is responsible that equipmentconnected to the A/V-AUX input or head-phones socket does not cause interferencein the vehicle's RSE system.Connection of A/V-AUX inputThe A/V-AUX input is located under the armrest inthe tunnel console.1. Connect the video cable to the yellowsocket.2. Connect the left-hand audio cable to thewhite socket and the right-hand one to thered socket.3. Connect the power cable to the electricalsocket if your equipment is designed for 12V.Always follow the instructions for the externalequipment when connecting.There is a recess in the right-hand rear edge ofthe tunnel console where cables can be routedso that the hatch can be closed without cablesbeing pinched.
