For moreinformation on connection, see page 266.The handsfree function is deactivated whenthe engine is switched off and the door isopened2.When the mobile phone has been discon-nected an ongoing call can be continued byusing the mobile phone's built-in microphoneand speaker.NOTEEven when your mobile phone has beenmanually disconnected, some mobilephones may automatically couple up to thelast handsfree unit connected, e.g. when anew call begins.Remove the deviceA connected mobile phone can be deregis-tered and removed. This is performed in phonemode under Phone menuRemoveBluetooth device.Making and receiving callsIncoming call–Press OK/MENU to answer the call, evenif the audio system is in e.g. RADIO orMEDIA mode.Refuse or end with EXIT.Automatic answerThe automatic answer function means thatcalls are accepted automatically.–Activate/deactivate in phone mode underPhone menuCall options Autoanswer.In call menuPress OK/MENU during an ongoing call toaccess the following functions:•Mute - audio system microphone ismuted.•Mobile phone - the call is transferred fromhandsfree to the mobile phone. For somemobile phones the connection is interrup-ted. This is normal. The handsfree functionasks if you want to reconnect.•Dial number - option to call a third partyusing the number keys (current call set instandby).Call listsThe call lists are copied to the handsfree func-tion at each new connection and are thenupdated during the connection.
