The following remedies may not be soughtin BBB AUTO LINE: punitive or multipledamages, attorneys' fees, or consequentialdamages other than as provided in CaliforniaCivil Code Section 1794(a) and (b).10. You may reject the decision issued by aBBB AUTO LINE arbitrator. If you reject thedecision, you will be free to pursue furtherlegal action. The arbitrator's decision and anyfindings will be admissible in a court action.11. If you accept the arbitrator's decision,BMW will be bound by the decision, and willcomply with the decision within a reasonabletime not to exceed 30 days after we receivenotice of your acceptance of the decision.12.
