2-56Storage CompartmentsGlove BoxTo open your glove box, pull the handle on the front ofthe glove box and lower the door.Overhead ConsoleThe overhead consoleincludes sunglasses storage,a HomeLink transmitterand a travel note recorder (if equipped).Sunglasses Storage CompartmentTo open the sunglasses storage compartment in theoverhead console, press the release button. Then pull thecompartment down.Travel Note Recorder (If Equipped)The overhead console may also contain a travel note recorder.To record a message, press the button with the circle onit and begin speaking. Press the button with the circle onit again to stop recording.You may also press and hold the button with the circleon it while you are speaking and then let it go when youare finished.To play back messages, press the button with the rightarrow on it. Pressing the right arrow button more thanonce will return you to previously recorded messages. Ifyou press and hold this button for more than one second,all of the recorded messages will be played back.
