3-314 FWD: Press and hold this button to advance quicklywithin a track. Press and hold this button for less thantwo seconds to advance at six times the normal playingspeed. Press and hold it for more than two seconds toadvance at 17 times the normal playing speed. Release itto play the passage. The display will show ET and theelapsed time.6 RDM: Press this button to hear the tracks in random,rather than sequential, order. RDM ON will appear onthe display. RDM T and the track number will appear onthe display when each track starts to play. Press 6 RDMagain to turn off random play. RDM OFF will appear onthe display. SEEK PSCAN : Press the left SEEK PSCANarrow to go to the start of the current or previous track.Press the right SEEK PSCAN arrow to go to the start ofthe next track. If either of the SEEK PSCAN arrows isheld or pressed more then once, the player will continuemoving backward or forward through the CD.TUNE DISP: Press this control to see how long thecurrent track has been playing. ET and the elapsed timewill appear on the display. To change what is normallyshown on the display (track or elapsed time), press thecontrol until you see the display you want, then hold the control for two seconds. The radio will produceone beep.AM FM: Press this button to play the radio when a disc is in the player. The disc will stop but remain inthe player.CD AUX: With a CD in the player and the radioplaying, press this button to play a CD. Press AM FM to return to the radio when a CD is playing. The inactiveCD will remain safely inside the radio for future listening. EJT: Press this button to remove the disc. Theradio will play. Eject may be activated with either theignition or radio off. CDs may be loaded with the radioand ignition off if this button is pressed first.
