6-9Hood Release1. To open the hood, firstpull the handle locatedinside the vehicle on thelower driver's side of theinstrument panel.2. Then go to the front of the vehicle and release thesecondary hood release.3. Lift the hood, release the hood prop from its retainerand put the hood prop into the slot in the hood. There may be a lamp that comes on when you openthe hood.
