8-2Customer Satisfaction ProcedureYour satisfaction and goodwill are important to yourdealer and to Chevrolet. Normally, any concerns withthe sales transaction or the operation of your vehicle will be resolved by your dealer's sales or servicedepartments. Sometimes, however, despite the bestintentions of all concerned, misunderstandings canoccur. If your concern has not been resolved to yoursatisfaction, the following steps should be taken:STEP ONE -- Discuss your concern with a member of dealership management. Normally, concerns can be quickly resolved at that level. If the matter has already been reviewed with the sales, service or partsmanager, contact the owner of the dealership or thegeneral manager.
