Driving procedures2When drivingCT200h_OM_OM76066U_(U)Power (ignition) switchPerforming the following operations when carrying the electronic key onyour person starts the hybrid system or changes "POWER" switch modes.■Starting the hybrid systemCheck that the parking brake is set. Firmly depress the brake pedal. Check that the "POWER" switch indi cator turns green. If the indica-tor does not turn green, the hy brid system cannot be started.When the shift position is N, the hybrid system cannot start. Shift theshift position to P when starting the hybrid system. ( →P. 187)Press the "POWER" switch.Continue depressing the brakepedal until the hybrid system iscompletely started.The hybrid system can bestarted from any "POWER"switch mode.STEP 1STEP 2STEP 3
