COMPLIMENTARY SERVICESRoadside AssistanceLexus roadside assistance coverage is for 48 months from your vehicle’sin-service date, regardless of mileage.Coverage is provided 24 hours a day,365 days a year, for vehicles operatedin the United States, U.S. territoriesand Canada. Assistance is adminis-tered through the AmericanAutomobile Association. Services Provided•Roadside services such as bat-tery jump-start, tire change, fueldelivery, vehicle extrication andtowing in case of minor accident.•Towing to the nearest Lexusdealership (or an alternate repairfacility, if necessary).•Assistance in locating alternatetransportation and lodging.How to Get HelpTo obtain roadside assistance, takethe following steps:1) Call (800)25-LEXUS (800/255-3987).2)Have as much of the followinginformation as possible:•17-digit Vehicle IdentificationNumber (VIN) found on thevehicle registration paperworkand on the certification labellocated inside the driver’s door jamb•Owner’s name and homeaddress•Vehicle license plate number•Location of vehicle, including the nearest major intersection3) Wait at your vehicle or in a nearbysecure location for the roadsideassistance provider to arrive.Additional CoverageAfter your roadside assistance cover-age expires, you may join a motorclub created exclusively for Lexusowners. Benefits include roadsideassistance coverage, a trip-planningservice and discounts on travel and dining.
