Doing somay result in damage to the vehicle.◀Starting aid terminalsIn the vehicle, only charge the battery via thestarting aid terminals, refer to page 180 , in theengine compartment with the engine off.Power failureAfter a temporary power loss, some equipmentneeds to be reinitialized.Individual settings need to be reprogrammed:▷Seat and mirror memory: store the positionsagain.▷Time: update.▷Date: update.▷Radio station: save again.▷Navigation system: wait for the operability ofthe navigation.Disposing of old batteriesHave old batteries disposed of by yourservice center or bring them to a recy‐cling center.Maintain the battery in an upright position fortransport and storage.
