To put the cover in the vehicle:1. Make sure the cover slot in the holder facesrearward with the round surface facing down.2. Then, hold the cover at an angle and place thecover end cap into the slot in the passenger sidetrim panel.3. Move the other end of the cover forward and hold itnext to the drivers side trim panel slot.4. Press the end caps in, to allow the cover to fit intothe trim slot.5. Pull lightly on the cover holder to make sure it issecure.On extended wheelbase models there are twocover positions. The slots furthest forward allow thecover to be used if the third seat is removed orfolded down. The cover can be installed andremoved from either side.SunroofYour vehicle may be equipped with a power slidingsunroof. To open or close the sunroof, the ignition needsto be turned to ON/RUN, or Retained Accessory Power(RAP) must be active. When RAP is active, the sunroofwill work for 10 minutes after the ignition is turned off, oruntil a front door is opened. See Retained AccessoryPower (RAP) on page 2-28 for more information.There are two switches inthe overhead console thatoperate the sunroof.Manual-Open/Manual-Close: To open the sunroofpress and hold the rear of the drivers side switch untilthe sunroof reaches the desired position. To close thesunroof, press and hold the front of the drivers sideswitch until the sunroof reaches the desired position.The sunshade will open automatically with the sunroof,but can also be opened manually.2-81
