Home & Park uses theinformation on the limited Warranty Card to notify Chrysler or General Motors to start the automotive (chassis)warrantyin the Purchaser's name as of the date of retail delivery. If Home & Park doesn't receive this information,when the Purchaser tries to have automotive warranty work done,the Purchaser,the Dealer and Home & Park willbe severely inconvenienced until this information is received and processed by Chrysler or General Motors.Home & Park also uses the Limited Warranty Card information to maintain records for the Home & ParkMotorhome Limited Warranty and Recall Notifications . If Home & Park doesn't receive this information,whenthe Purchaser tries to have Home & Park warranty work done,the Purchaser,the Dealer and Home & Park will beinconvenienced until Home & Park receives this information. In the event of a product defect recall,the Dealermust research its sales records to provide this information.AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY - CHRYSLER (DODGE CHASSIS)The warranty currently offered by Chrysler covers the manufacture of the Dodge chassis. Although the Purchaserwill receive the full time period of the warranty,such warranty does not make an allowance for the miles on theodometer at the date of retail delivery. In other words,the warranty ends when the odometer reading reaches thelimit as specified by the selected warranty regardless of the odometer reading at the date of retail delivery. See theChrysler Warranty Information booklet for details.For Dodge chassis sold through RV dealers,Home & Park uses the information on the completed Warranty Card tonotify Chrysler to restart the automotive warranty i n the Purchaser's name as of the date of retail delivery. Uponreceipt of the Warranty Card,Home & Park completes and mails the appropriate forms to Chrysler who in turnenters this information into its computer system (please allow 8 to 12 weeks for this information to be processedand appear on its computer system). If warranty work is required before this process is completed and theVehicle's V.I.N.appears on the computer,the Purchaser should ask the Dodge dealer to enter the Purchaser's nameand address and date of retail delivery into the computer. To prove the vehicle is still under warranty,the Purchasershould show a copy of the bill of sale to the Dodge dealer.If Home & Park doesn't receive the completed Warranty Card,when the Purchaser tries to have automotivewarranty work done,the Purchaser,the Dealer and Home & Park will be inconvenienced until this information isreceived and processed by Chrysler.For Dodge chassis sold through Dodge dealers,the Dealer will enter the appropriate information directly intoChrysler's computer system to restart the automotive (chassis) warranty in the Purchaser's name as of the dateof retail delivery.All automotive service,maintenance and repairs are to be performed by any Chrysler,Dodge or Plymouth dealer.See the Chrysler Warranty Information booklet for details.
