Estimating distances correctlyObjects reflected in the mirror are closerthan they appear. Do not estimate the distanceto the traffic behind you based on what you seein the mirror, as this will increase your risk of anaccident.◀The setting for the exterior mirrors is stored forthe remote control* currently in use. This improves your view of the curband other low-lying obstacles when parking, forexample.Activating1. Slide the mirror changeover switch to thedriver's side mirror position, arrow 1.2.
