Driving procedures2When drivingCT200h_U (OM76040U)■Selecting a driving modeThe following modes can be selected to suit driving conditions:Normal modeEco drive modeThe torque generated inresponse to accelerator pedaldepression will lessen com-pared to normal, and air condi-tioning operation (heating/cooling) will be restrained, thussuiting driving with improvedfuel efficiency.When the driving mode selectswitch is turned left, the "ECOMODE" indicator comes on inthe instrument cluster.Press the switch to change thedriving mode to normal mode.Sport modeUse when high levels ofresponse and feeling are desir-able, such as when driving inmountainous regions or whenovertaking.When the driving mode selectswitch is turned right, the"SPORT MODE" indicatorcomes on in the instrument clus-ter.Press the switch to change thedriving mode to normal mode.
