•You can start out, from a stop, in first or second gear.Tapping (+) (at a stop) will allow starting in secondgear. Starting out in second gear is helpful in snowy oricy conditions.•The system will ignore attempts to upshift at too lowof a vehicle speed.•Avoid using speed control when AutoStickfi isengaged.•Transmission shifting will be more noticeable whenAutoStickfi is engaged.To disengageAutoStickfi mode, hold the shift lever to theright or press and hold the (+) shift paddle (if equipped)until D is once again displayed in the instrumentcluster. You can shift in or out of the AutoStickfi mode atany time without taking your foot off the acceleratorpedal.WARNING!Do not downshift for additional engine braking on aslippery surface. The drive wheels could lose theirgrip and the vehicle could skid, causing a collision orpersonal injury.ALL-WHEEL DRIVE (AWD) IF EQUIPPEDThis vehicle is equipped with an active on-demandAll-Wheel Drive (AWD) system which makes availableoptimum traction for a wide variety of road surface anddriving conditions. The system minimizes wheel slip byautomatically redirecting torque to the front and rearwheels as necessary.To maximize fuel economy, your AWD vehicle automati-cally defaults to rear-wheel drive (RWD) when road andenvironmental conditions are such that wheel slip isunlikely to occur.
